The three people who were killed in a crash along the Braco main road in Trelawny, on Thursday, were residents of St. Ann.

Dead are husband and wife, fifty-year-old Tomie Lee McCook and 49-year-old Annette McCook both of Browns Town, and 63-year-old Newin Johnson of Chester District, Laughland.

Reports are that about 1:30 p.m. Mr. McCook was driving a Nissan mini van when he lost control of the vehicle, which hit a Honda motor car, then crashed into a Toyota coaster bus, which was being driven by Mr. Johnson.

Mr. McCook and Mr. Johnson died on spot.

Mrs. McCook and several passengers of the coaster bus were taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
