Initial reports said she passed away in her sleep, but the police later revealed that a murder investigation had been launched into her death. 

Since Mrs. Silvera’s death, her husband has been questioned by the police more than once. 

Despite this, Mr. Champagnie says, there has been no indication by the police that his client was being investigated as a suspect in mrs. Silvera’s death.
