5 Titchfield High students remain in hospital following yesterday’s crash that claimed the lives of 2 of their peers

Three students who were involved in a crash that claimed the lives of two of their peers yesterday, suffered head injuries and have been transferred to the Kingston Public Hospital for treatment.

Two other students who were in the crash remain in serious but stable condition at the Annotto Bay Hospital.

Principal of the Titchfield High School in Portland, Richard Thompson made the revelation to IRIE FM news this morning.

He said the school community is in mourning following the tragic incident along the Buff Bay main road, which resulted in the deaths of grade 9 students Jayvan Wynter and Onaja Lindsay.
