After a three-year hiatus, Dancehall star PopCaan has confirmed the return of his popular Unruly Fest.

Poppi shared the announcement with his over three million followers on Instagram today (March 31), revealing that Unruly Fest will be held on December 22 in his native St. Thomas.

Entertainers Jesse Royal and Zamunda are among the many social media users expressing excitement.

In December last year, PopCaan, in a tweet, pulled the plug on the 2022 staging of the Unruly Fest and instead joined Nigerian singer Burna Boy for the last leg of his Love Damini tour in Jamaica.

PopCaan’s Unruly Fest, which sees thousands journeying to St. Thomas, was last held in 2019 and was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
