In an effort to improve the cost of living, Justice Minister Delroy Chuck has called on employers to do their best to increase the salaries of employees. 

According to the Minister, if employers can provide training to workers, this would  lead to an adjustment in salary and make the living conditions of workers better. 

He urged employees to go the extra mile when working, so they can be considered for a raise or additional benefits.
