Sergeant Arleen McBean has been elected Chairman of the Jamaica Police Federation.
This is her second stint as Chairman.
Meantime, Sergeant Lloyd Duncan has been elected the new General Secretary.
Sergeants McBean and Duncan will be joined by 6 others to form the Federation’s Central Executive.
The election results were announced last night, after delegates voted at the Federation’s 81st annual joint conference in Montego Bay, St. James.
Sergeant McBean first served as the Federation’s Chairman in 2018 but was ousted following a no-confidence vote in January 2019.
She was reinstated months later by a court order.
