The class 1 boys 100 meters final will bring the curtains down on the opening day of this year’s staging of the Anthrick Corporate Area Development Athletics meet set for March 3 and 4 at the National Stadium . 

This coming out of yesterday’s launch of the meet at the N.H.T Car Park in New Kingston, where the organizers announced details of the meet which this year will celebrate its tenth staging. 

In its 10th anniversary, the organizers in the push to met the budget of approximately 5 million dollars, have already gotten support from the sports Development Foundation and Corporate Giants, Digicel, Grace Kennedy,  Excelsior among others, but  are still in a race against time to fill a void in the budget before next Friday. 

All the 100 meters finals for all classes will be contested in the final hour of the first day. 

Kingston College are the Defending Champions on the boys side and excelsior high school will be aiming for title number 7 on the girls side.
