Constable Noel Maitland, the partner of missing social media influencer Donna-lee Donaldson, is to appear before the Independent Commission of Investigations, Indecom for questioning on August 3.

That’s according to attorney at law Christopher Townsend who has been retained to represent the constable.

The female District Constable involved in the matter is also to appear before Indecom in early August.

Speaking to Irie Fm news this morning(July 22) Mr Townsend noted that the investigation into the matter is on-going and his client is cooperating.

In dismissing calls from the public for Constable Maitland to be removed from duty, Mr Townsend said if there was a need for his client to be removed from duty that would have been done by the police.
