Toll-free access to the North-South Highway has been extended until 9 P.M. today.

Yesterday, Transport Minister Daryl Vaz signed an order giving motorists free access to the East-West and North-South highways.

The free access took effect at 6 last evening and was initially slated to end at 6 this morning.

In an update today, Mr. Vaz said persons will have free access to the North-South Highway up to 9 this evening.
