Tulox, one half of the legendary duo Twin of Twins, shares a bold perspective on the international impact of Vybz Kartel and Bounty Killer.

Tulox’s comments come as US visas were recently reinstated for key Dancehall icons like Bounty Killer, Vybz Kartel, Beenie Man, Buju Banton, and Sizzla.
