A 30-year-old St. James boat captain has been charged with malicious communication following a series of incidents earlier this month.

He is Doranne Bryan, of Palmyra Palms, Providence Heights.

Police say an intimate relationship between Bryan and the woman ended last month, however, he has been stalking and threatening her.

Reports are that between Monday, March 4, and Wednesday, March 6, Bryan shared intimate videos of himself and the woman to social media. It’s alleged that he also sent videos of their intimate activities which were recorded without the woman’s consent or knowledge.

The woman reported the matter to the police and Bryan was arrested. He was formally charged on Sunday. His court date is being finalized.
