Police have charged 35-year-old construction worker Odane Lee of Barbary Hall in St Elizabeth, with rape in relation to an incident which occurred in 2022.

Head of the St. Elizabeth Police, Superintendent Coleridge Minto said Lee offered the complainant a ride and took her to a location before he allegedly raped her.

Superintendent Minto said Lee was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport last Thursday.

A date is being set for Lee’s court appearance.
