Some JLP supporters stage another protest against North East St. Ann MP Marsha Smith

Some Jamaica Labour Party supporters have staged another protest against Member of Parliament for North East St. Ann Marsha Smith.

This is the latest in series of protests, calling for the party to replace Ms. Smith.

This morning (September 20), some 30 placard-bearing JLP supporters marched to the office of the MP in St. Ann’s bay protesting what they say is poor representation by Miss. Smith.

Some of them burned JLP shirts bearing Miss. Smith’s image.

In February, several JLP supporters also took to the streets to register their dissatisfaction with the MP.

One protester called for the intervention of the party leader Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
