Reggae Girls suffer 4-nil loss to Brazil as the curtain decends on two game series

Jamaica’s Reggae Girls went down to a 4-nil defeat to Brazil in the second and final of two friendly internationals last night in Salvador, Brazil.

A result that followed a similar 4-nil loss in recife on Saturday and saw them conceding a total of 8 goals across the two games without scoring in reply.

Corinthians forward Jheniffer led the way for the Brazilians, scoring in the 64th and 79th minutes after Debinha had opened the floodgates after 7 minutes.

The final goal of the game was scored by the veteran Marta six minutes from time. 

The match last night for the Reggae Girls wrapped up the two games series in Brazil, and kick started the leadership of the reappointed head coach Hubert Busby with the Reggae Girls who was missing the star strker Khadijah ‘Bunny’ Shaw.
