Prime Minister Andrew Holness said there should be an orderly approach to the revisioning of Kingston and other urban areas across the island.

Speaking at the Jamaica Mortgage Bank ribbon cutting ceremony in Kingston yesterday, Mr Holness said people are more interested in convenient, reliable infrastructure and contemporary architecture.

To further propel urban development, he underscored the significance of devising a strategy to acquire land.

He noted that development is taking place but it is being done haphazardly, hence the imperative for better coordination.
