Police Commissioner says efforts continue to rid force of rogue cops
Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson has sought to assure that efforts continue to rid the force of alleged rogue cops.
Speaking at a recent forum, the Commissioner admitted that several police officers were arrested, for various offences, in recent weeks.
He said the force tries to prevent officers from being implicated in unfavorable situations.
The Commissioner said the constabulary’s welfare department is established to cater to the needs of cops.
He added that morale and pride must be instilled in officers.
