Commissioner of Police, Dr. Kevin Blake has vowed that lawmen will be strong and swift in obtaining justice for slain Constable, Ricardo Fairclough. 

Constable Fairclough was shot and killed after he intervened in an attack on a vendor along Bravo Street, in St. Ann’s Bay last evening. 

The vendor who was shot and wounded is in hospital.

Commissioner Blake expressed condolences to the Head of the St. Ann Police, Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell and his team.
