A police constable and two other persons including his girlfriend have been detained in relation to a murder in Longville Park Boulevard Clarendon, on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Danny Lowe.

The police constable, whose identity has not been released is also under investigation for possible breaches of the Firearms Act.

Police say investigations into the incident are ongoing.
