PM charges Heads of entities to engage citizens, stakeholders when making developmental or infrastructural change
Prime Minister Andrew Holness has charged Heads of entities to engage with citizens and other stakeholders when making developmental or infrastructural changes.
Mr Holness made the charge at the National Environment and Planning Agency’s World Town Planning Day Symposium in Kingston on Wednesday.
He explained that consultation is a core principle that guides the Government’s execution of its developmental mandate.
As such, any planning must afford all stakeholders an opportunity for input and deliberation.
