Opposition calls on PM to disclose the compensation package former JDF Head Rocky Meade will get as Ambassador Plenipotentiary
Opposition Spokesman on Finance Julian Robinson is calling on Prime Minister Andrew Holness to disclose to the public, the compensation package that former JDF Head, Rocky Meade will receive as Ambassador Plenipotentiary with Responsibility for National Strategic Initiatives.
Meade’s appointment which took effect on Monday, follows public concern last year, when he was selected to serve as Cabinet Secretary.
Meade declined the post citing the unsettled public environment.
Mr. Robinson says the opposition wants the Prime Minister to outline Mr. Meade’s specific role and to clarify where this newly created post will fit within the public service.
