Former president of the PNP Patriots, Omar Newell, will succeed Dr. Morais Guy as the People’s National Party (PNP) candidate for Central St. Mary.

Newell was selected by delegates yesterday, July 9. 

 With the PNP Executive’s final approval, Newell will replace Dr. Guy as the PNP candidate in the next general election.

 The party’s General Secretary, Dayton Campbell, confirmed the win this morning.
