NWA still working to clear some roads in Kingston and St. Andrew impacted by Monday’s earthquake
The National Works Agency (NWA) is still working to clear some roads in Kingston and St. Andrew that were impacted by Monday’s (October 30) earthquake.
The earthquake had a magnitude of 5.6 and was followed by some 70 aftershocks.
Manager of Communications and Customer Services at the NWA, Stephen Shaw said while several other roads which were affected by landslides have been cleared, two corridors remain a challenge.
He said these roads are Papine to Bull Bay and Papine to Hardwar Gap.
