Jamaicans living abroad are being encouraged to invest in the local real estate market. 

President of the Realtors Association of Jamaica, Newton Johnson, made the call ahead of the upcoming 10th biennial Jamaica Diaspora Conference. 

Mr. Johnson highlighted key factors favoring overseas investments in Jamaica including significant returns on investment, political and economic stability, competitive real estate prices, and the diverse offerings of properties across the island.
