Final voting to determine Grammy winners begins Dec. 14

With the 2024 GRAMMYs around the corner, the final voting to determine the winners will begin this Thursday.

According to the Recording Academy’s website, the final round of voting will run from December 14, 2023 to January 4, 2024.

The winners in over 94 categories will be determined by Voting Members, who are composed of a pool of vetted and respected performers, songwriters, producers, engineers, instrumentalists, and other creators currently working in the recording industry.

Buju Banton, Beenie Man, Collie Buddz, Burning Spear, and Julian Marley are vying for the coveted Best Reggae Album title at the 66th annual Grammy Awards next year.

Two-time Grammy winner Burning Spear, scored his 13th nomination for his album ‘No Destroyer’.

Buju Banton earned his 8th Grammy nomination for his album ‘Born For Greatness’, and Beenie Man scored his fourth Grammy nomination with ‘SIMMA’.

Julian Marley, who has never won a Grammy, has scored his third nomination with ‘Colours of Royal’, and

Collie Buddz secured his first Grammy nomination with ‘Cali Roots Riddim 2023’.

The highly anticipated Grammy Awards is slated to take place on February 4, 2024 in Los Angeles.
