Face to face classes are expected to resume today at the Exchange All Age in Ocho Rios St. Ann, following a freak storm last Wednesday.

The incident resulted in severe damage to power lines and a section of the roof of the Grade 2 block. 

Classes were held through the online modality on Thursday and Friday, while clean up activities took place.

Speaking to IRIE FM News last evening, Principal of the institution Ricardo Moncrieffe, said the school was on course to fixing the electrical problem which prevented in-person classes .

He said parents who were also involved in clean up activities are eager for face to face classes to  resume.

He said while a definitive estimate of the damage has not yet been ascertained, it is expected to cost approximately 1.5 million dollars. 

He then extended his gratitude to all those who assisted following the weather event.
