DPP says all agencies that operate under the Constitution should uphold integrity and be transparent

All agencies that operate under the Constitution should uphold integrity and be transparent.

That’s according to Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Paula Llewellyn.

She made the statement while addressing the President’s dinner and installation ceremony at the Rotaract Club of Mandeville on Saturday night.

Her remarks followed criticism of the Integrity Commission by politicians.

She said these agencies need to have proper ethical and moral principles in place as their decisions adversely affect the public.

Meanwhile, the DPP said these agencies should also be mindful that their decisions or rulings should be free of biases.
