Several documents and electronic devices including telephones; were seized during a search of two corporate area premises connected to a suspect in the multi-million dollar fraud at Stocks and Securities Limited, SSL.

The Financial Investigations Division, FID says the search operations were done today, in the presence of accused former SSL employee, and her attorney.

The FID says the seized items will be thoroughly analysed in furtherance of the investigative process.

It says subsequent to this, the accused will be taken in for questioning with a view to proffer charges.

The accused is suspected to have fraudulently accessed billions of dollars from several clients, during her tenure at SSL.

Renowned Jamaican athlete, Usain Bolt is among clients affected by the fraud.
