Deputy Commissioner of Police, in charge of crime and security, Fitz bailey, says the security forces are making strides in the investigation of the major fraud at Stocks and Securities Limited, SSL.

Millions of dollars were fleeced from the accounts of a number of s-s-l clients to include renowned athlete Usain Bolt.

The United States’ based Federal Bureau of Investigations, FBI, and local investigative bodies are probing the case.

However, no one has been arrested or charged in relation to the incident.

Speaking at a Jamaica Constabulary Force press briefing on Tuesday afternoon, DCP Bailey said there has been significant progress in the investigation.
