Crab Circle reopens with improved conditions and service to customers

Crab Circle in Kingston is once again opened for business and vendors at the popular food spot have pledged to offer a new and improved experience to customers.

The facility, which is located near the National Heroes Circle, was thrown in the spotlight after a video showing one of the vendors engaged in an unsanitary activity, went viral.

The situation prompted a temporary shutdown by the government, with vendors mandated to undergo food safety training.

The area was also upgraded with wash stands at each stall, a small kitchen area and a bathroom facility.

Speaking with Irie FM News, Ms. Abbii, who sells at one of the stalls, says the improvements go beyond the infrastructural changes.

She maintains that the vendors have done the necessary work to ensure the health and safety of customers and will ensure that this continues.

She is pleading with the public not to be swayed by one controversial video.
