CPFSA probing alleged rape of 14 y/o girl by teen boys in St. Thomas
The Child Protection and Family Services Agency, CPFSA says it is investigating the alleged rape of a teenage girl by two teen boys in St. Thomas on New Year’s Day.
Police said the girl is 15 but the CPFSA in a statement yesterday, said she is 14-years-old.
Reports are that about 8:30 p.m., the boys ages 15 and 17 dragged the victim behind a church and had sexual intercourse with her against her will.
She escaped and made a report to the police and the boys were arrested and charged with rape and aiding and abetting.
The CPFSA said it appears that there is a third perpetrator in the crime.
Mrs. Adams-Thomas said the matter is being investigated.
Meantime, she said victim psychological and psycho-social support will be offered to the girl and her family.
