Defending Jamaica Women’s Premier League Champions Frazier’s Whip will on June 6 know their opponents for the preliminary round of the inaugural Concacaf Women’s Champions Cup. 

This when the official draw for the 2024/2025 edition is executed, with the Jamaican team placed in pot six. 

The St. Catherine team who cemented their place by virtue of winning the 2022-2023 Jamaica Women’s Premier League title….joins seven other club teams…including Vancouver Whitecaps, Tigres, Club America, Gotham FC, San Diego Wave FC and Portland thorns….. who have already secured a berth in the preliminary stage.

Completing the line up is Costa Rica side LD Alajuelense 

The three remaining teams will be confirmed before the official draw .

The competition is the sole pathway through which clubs in Concacaf can qualify for the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup.
