The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) says no body-worn camera was issued to, or worn by, the police officers who conducted crowd control duties during the Granville Square protest, when Lotoya Bulgin was fatally shot.45-year-old Bulgin, more popularly known as "Buju", was fatally shot yesterday afternoon.The incident was captured on a closed-circuit television camera, and the video footage has gone viral on social media.
