Dead is 47-year-old Andrew Richards, a Barber of Commodore.
Police reports are that at about 10:10pm both men were at Richards’ business place when they were pounced upon by a gunman who opened fire hitting them.
They were taken to hospital where Richards was pronounced dead, and the other man was treated.
