Male Constable linked to Donna Lee’s disappearance arrested

In giving the update last evening, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Fitz Bailey, said Constable Maitland was arrested by detectives from the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime investigation division, on Duke Street, in Kingston, yesterday.
