President of the St. Ann Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Ransford Davidson, has expressed deep concern about recent murders in the parish, describing the situation as troubling for the business community.

Between January 1, 2025 and July 29, 2025, at least 32 people were murdered in St. Ann.

During an interview with Irie FM News, Dr. Davidson appealed to residents to work with the police by sharing any information that could assist with investigations.

He also reaffirmed the chamber’s commitment to partnering with law enforcement to help bring the crime rate under control.
