Golding says “blood and fire” lyric in new campaign song not linked to violence
President of the People’s National Party, Mark Golding, has sought to clarify that the “Blood and Fire” lyric in the PNP’s new campaign song is not linked to violence, but a passion for positive change.
Mr. Golding made the clarification while addressing supporters at a St. Andrew Eastern campaign rally last evening.
It comes amidst condemnation from the ruling Jamaica Labour Party, over what it described as violent rhetoric being spewed by the PNP.
However, Mr. Golding maintained that the PNP’s quest for change is driven by love, and all actions are being taken within the law.
