Search continues for missing driver
Police are trying to ascertain the whereabouts of a 26-year-old man who reportedly went missing while providing private taxi services in the corporate area.
Leroy Page of Demshire Pen in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, has been missing since Saturday, May 13.
He was employed by the rideshare company ‘inDrive’.
The company has indicated that it is doing everything possible to assist the authorities in finding Mr. Page.
In a post on twitter, inDrive said it notes with deep concern that one of its drivers, Leroy Page, has been missing since Saturday.
The company said Mr. Page was last seen in the Kingston and St. Andrew area.
It appealed to anyone with information that could help locate him, to come forward.
Meantime, a vehicle believed to be that operated by Mr. Page, was reportedly recovered by the police.
Page is of brown complexion, slim build and about 6 feet 2 inches tall.
He was reportedly last seen wearing a red t-shirt, a pair of navy-blue shorts with white stripes and a pair of black slippers, and was last heard from on Sunday, May 14 at about 12:48 AM.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Leroy Page is being asked to contact the Spanish Town police at 876-984-2305, the police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
