Jamaica’s Monkeypox case count increases to 16
Jamaica has recorded 1 new Monkeypox Case, pushing the country’s case count to 16.
The Health Ministry says the case was confirmed last week in a male from Kingston and St. Andrew.
Meantime, 12 patients have recovered, 3 cases remain active, while the other which is a suspected death remains under investigation.
The suspected death has been under investigation since early September.
