The Ministry of Health and Wellness has reported 8 additional Covid-19 related deaths.

They are 4 males and 4 females, ranging in age from 59 to 96 years.

They were from St. Thomas, St. James, St. Ann and St. Elizabeth.

The deaths occurred between July and August.

Meantime, 107 new cases have been recorded.

They are 59 females and 48 males; ranging in age from 51 days to 97 years.

The positivity rate is 25.4 per cent.

126 people are hospitalised with the virus, while there have been 107 more recoveries.
