Male Constable linked to Donna Lee’s disappearance arrested
Noel Maitland, the police constable linked to the case of missing influencer Donna Lee Donaldson, has been taken into custody.
Additionally, police are indicating that there is currently no evidence linking district constable Kathy-Ann Smith, to the disappearance of Donaldson.
Miss Donaldson went missing on July 11.
In giving the update last evening, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Fitz Bailey, said Constable Maitland was arrested by detectives from the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime investigation division, on Duke Street, in Kingston, yesterday.
Constable Maitland’s arrest followed a case review that was held at the Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) headquarters, on Tuesday, July 26.
The case review concluded that there was adequate evidence to link Constable Maitland to the disappearance of Miss Donaldson.
