Charges are expected to be laid against a man and woman, who were arrested in St. Ann, yesterday, for alleged lottery scamming offences.
They were arrested during a joint operation conducted by members of the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) and the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (CTOC).
According to MOCA, the two persons were found and taken into custody after investigators reportedly found lottery scamming paraphernalia in their possession.
They are to be interviewed in the presence of their attorneys tomorrow, after which they are expected to be charged.
