Police report that minutes to midday a 15 seater motor vehicle with 23 persons aboard crashed into an embankment.

The police were called to the scene and the injured persons were taken to the St Ann’s Bay Hospital where the woman succumbed and the others admitted.

Its understood that six persons are in serious condition.
