A 20 year old St. Mary man was shot and killed while visiting his spouse in St. Ann’s Bay, St. Ann, on Wednesday evening.

Dead is Jordane Parkinson of Petersfield, St. Mary.

Police reports are that about 8: 15 p-m, Parkinson was sitting in a bedroom of his girlfriend’s house, when he was pounced upon by two men.

One of the men brandished a firearm and opened fire at Parkinson, hitting him in the head and upper body.

The police were summoned, and Parkinson was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations are ongoing.
