Briana Campbell named NAIA Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
Former St. Jago High School standout, Briana Campbell, has won the title of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for the week of February 10 to 16. This honor follows her performance at the Southern States Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, where Campbell, representing Life University in Georgia, dominated the competition by winning three events.
Campbell’s standout performances included victory in the women’s 60-meter dash, where she clocked 7.37 seconds. She also excelled in the women’s 60-meter hurdles, stopping the clock at 8.19 seconds. But her success didn’t stop there—Campbell also claimed victory in the women’s 200-meter dash, with a time of 24.05 seconds.
