The St. Ann police will be intensifying the use of conflict resolution methods in the parish, following the killing of three people in Free Hill, Bamboo yesterday (July 18).

 

Dead are 46-year-old Antria Rattray, her son 13-year-old Micah Bonitto and 50-year-old Lawrence Baddal.

 

Following the incident, Head of the St. Ann Police, Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell told IRIE FM News that the incident could have been a result of a domestic dispute.

 

In light of this, SSP Powell said the police would be ramping up alternative dispute resolution initiatives through the community safety and security team.

SSP Powell said lawmen will also partner with other groups, such as the Volunteer Chaplaincy Group.
