Tourism Enhancement Fund says 29% of tourists used non-hotel accommodations this year
Twenty-nine percent of visitors to the country this year, chose non-hotel accommodations.
This was revealed by Executive Director of the Tourism Enhancement Fund, Dr. Carey Wallace.
Meantime, he added that if crime is controlled, the tourism industry will continue to experience growth.
He made reference to Jamaica’s most recent ranking by the analytics firm, Gallup Inc, as one of the safest countries in the world.
