Three time champions Harbour View captured the last available playoff spot in the 2022 Jamaica Premier League.
This after playing to a 1-all draw with second place Dunbeholden on the final match day of the preliminary round yesterday .
Craig Gayle in the 15th minute gave Dunbeholden the lead…………this was canceled out by Trayvon Reid on minute 39, for Harbour View to end on 28 points, the same as Tivoli Gardens and the resurgent Humble Lion.
However, Harbour View secured 6th place with a superior goal difference.
Humble Lion led by a second half brace from Javon Smith blanked Molynes United 3-nil, while Tivoli Gardens eked out a 1-nil win over defending champions Cavalier who ended 5th.
In the meantime Mount Pleasant with goals from Cleon Pryce and Andre Fletcher turned back Portmore United 2-1 to end 4th while Arnett Gardens led by Fabian Reid who scored two late goals outscored preliminary round winners Waterhouse 4-2 for 3rd place,
In the other game contested on Sunday Montego Bay United and Vere United played to a 1-all draw.
Meanwhile, the first leg quarter finals will be contested on Sunday at Sabina Park and will see Arnett Gardens facing Harbour View while Mount Pleasant opposes Cavalier.
The return leg quarter-finals are set for next Wednesday,
The quarter- final winners on aggregate will join Waterhouse and Dunbeholden in the last four.
