The highly anticipated Sting 2024 festival is set to ignite the entertainment scene with a thrilling two-day event, scheduled for December 26 & 28.
During the official launch, held at the offices of the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment, and Sport in Kingston last evening, the promoters, revealed an impressive lineup of local artistes and social media personalities.
The stage show dubbed the greatest one-night show on earth scheduled for December 26 will feature a a diverse range of artistes, such as: Teflon, Tommy Lee Sparta and Turbulence along with an Unsung heroes segment featuring Jahmeil, Bushman, Duane Stephenson, Gyptian, Shane O, Macka Diamond and Laden also a segment dubbed Star bound featuring Jamal, Ace Gawd, Quada and Skippa the performances will culminate with a Foundation segment featuring legendary artistes: Echo Minott, Carl Meeks, Flourgon, Major Mackerel, General B, Queen Paula, Jigsy King, Tony Curtis, Esaw and L.A Lewis
Additionally, the festival will host a series of exciting clashes, including the TikToc Clash, featuring Pops YG vs Buss Head and Rosalie vs Blinga, alongside special guest artistes.
This year’s staging of Sting will return to its original home of Jamworld in Portmore, while the first staging of the Hot Chocolate Beach Party the; ladies’ event which will take place at Sugarman’s Beach in Portmore on December 28. During the launch the promoters said Sting 2024 promises to be an unforgettable experience, bringing together music lovers from across the globe.
