Spragga Benz is calling for Jah Cure’s release and asking the Jamaican government to intervene.
On Instagram, Spragga shared a headline about Jah Cure’s incarceration with the caption: “So what about the part where he refused to pay the man for his work? #freejahcure calling the Ja govt to look into this matter diplomatically @babsygrange.”
However, Spragga is not the only one calling for Jah Cure’s freedom, Flippa Moggela and Norris Man have joined the free Jah Cure campaign.
On Instagram Flippa wrote, “Free the Cure” under a post shared by Levelz with Kshema.
While Norris Man shared this video.
Jah Cure is currently serving eight years and four months in prison for stabbing concert promoter Nicardo “Papa” Blake over unpaid fees in Amsterdam in October 2021.
However, not everyone is on board with the free Jah Cure campaign. Some social media users say he committed the crime and should serve his time, while others argue that Jah Cure should have taken legal action instead of resorting to violence.
