Billboard dancer, Gabbidon partners with industry players to distribute care packages

Billboard dancer Gabbidon, the choreographer behind the dance routine for Teejay’s hit track, Drift, has joined a growing list of industry players who have been giving back to residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl.

In a video posted to his Instagram yesterday July 24, Gabbidon shared footage of himself and others distributing care-packages to Clarendon residents in the parish who were affected by the category four storm.

The acclaimed dancer shared that with the support of Celebrity TV, Usain Bolt and party host Lady Hilly they went to the parish and did the best they could for residents.

Gabbidon further revealed in an IRIE FM interview, that the venture was spearheaded by his friend Zinger of Celebrity TV who approached him to be a part of the project.

The Billboard dancer says there are plans in the making to continue the venture.

Other industry players including Shenseea, her manager Romeich Major and Sean Paul through his foundation have been extending relief efforts to Jamaicans affected by the category four storm.

Hurricane Beryl caused extensive damage across several parts of the island on July 3, notably impacting the south coast, including Clarendon with significant damage to homes, crops and infrastructure.
